Lovely Stay
The house was just what we needed. It was nice, quiet, and comfortable. The pool was relaxing and private. Lloyd was the perfect host attentive to all our needs. We definitely recommend this house to enjoy a perfect vacation.

DO NOT STAY HERE. AIR CONDITIONING DOESNT WORK. DISHONEST OWNER.
I had a terrible experience at this rental house. The listing is completely dishonest. Despite the claims, the air conditioning does not cool the house effectively. During my entire stay, the temperature never got below 78 degrees in the master bedroom and most rooms in the house. This made it incredibly uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. What makes this situation even worse is that both the house manager and the owner are fully aware of this issue. Despite knowing that their air conditioning system doesn’t work properly, they continue to list this property without any notice about the malfunctioning AC. This is a blatant disregard for their guests and is extremely dishonest. It’s infuriating that they choose to waste people’s time and ruin family vacations by not addressing this critical issue. If you’re looking for a comfortable and honest rental experience, DO NOT RENT HERE. Their property does not live up to the promises made in the listing. Save yourself the hassle and find a place where the hosts actually care about their guests’ comfort. I have waited over a week to see if they would address this in their listing. They have not. So I am leaving a review so you don't have to deal with this. The owner is dishonest. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great Home and Location in Beverly Hills.
Home was as advertised and worked great for 2 families. Location was central making visits around LA quick to avoid traffic / travel time and house amenities made the stay easy for just relaxing at home. Property manager and owner had great communication and made the whole process very easy.

Wonderful 10 Day Stay
We just had the pleasure of a 10 day stay at this wonderful house and we couldn’t recommend the place more highly. From the outset the host and house managers were incredibly helpful and attentive. The house itself is very comfy yet luxurious and looks just like the photos. It’s well equipped and they even provided toys for our young child for the pool! The location is fab, both super convenient for amenities and in a tranquil enclave. We are very much looking forward to returning later this year.

Winter visit
Visited over New Years to attend the Rose Bowl, visit Disney, and see friends. We were two families with four boys (2, 5, 9, and 12). The host Simon was very responsive before our visit. Lloyd checked us in and out and was available during our stay. They catered to our group ahead of time having a pack and play setup, highchair available, pool heated, and left a nice gift basket for New Years. The house was as the pictures showed, which is to say beautiful and grandiose. Kitchen was fully stocked. Boys loved the pool and game room with large TV and X box. Restaurant recommendations were helpful. Location is in the Bird Streets of the Hollywood Hills which is high end. Was a very nice stay. Much better than getting 4 or 5 hotel rooms.
