Main street retails and food/bars/cafes in Santa Monica is barely 20min walk...Fiber optic Internet for your downtime or to get some serious work done and quick access to major highways to explore more of the City !

This Studio is perfectly situated between Abbot Kinney and Venice Boulevard. The courtyard is the ideal place to sit, relax, and unwind while on vacation. The studio was immaculate when we arrived and smelled so clean and fresh. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing location, and very cute little bachelor suite. Plenty of noise from the other units, so bring earplugs or watch a movie or something when things get loud. Really great host.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was ideal. Perfect walking distance to the Venice Boardwalk and Abbot Kinney Blvd. The size of the property was very nice.
