DONT DO IT. They charge you $16 a night to park your car in an unsafe parking lot (zero liability) no one knows what’s going on. 1 of the elevators isn’t in proper working order. Called several times about non working outlets, pillows, tv kept shutting off. No one came. Told us we didn’t need a do not disturb sign on our door because no one was working, came back later, people had been in our room. Rooms were so hot, ac didn’t help. Desk person said we couldn’t use a trolley to bring luggage down. Had to be rented. But then one was there for free use. These people have zero training… nothing works.

We stayed here to be close to Sofi. We did not realize it was a Motel 6. We would not stay here again. The hotel has a weird smell. They don't serve coffee until 6am despite a bunch of people in the lobby at 5am. Our room key stopped working every night of our stay and we had to keep going down to the lobby and waiting in a long line to get the key reset. Room felt like a prison cell more than a hotel room. We wish wr had booked elsewhere.

Shower had no hot water, mentioned to the front end staff and they didn’t apologize or even acknowledge there was an issue. Makes me think they knew about it already. Unit looked like they were recently renovated, but still a pig with lipstick. Lot of cut corners. Hey, you get what you pay for I guess.

They have improved. Nice enough clean room, staff at check in was great. The parking fee should be less, though. Getting a room high up and away from the freeway is the best tip about this place.
