Guests have access to the entire house as well as the pool (Summer Only)

*We love pets, but some guests are not, so there is a NO pet policy.
*Please no parties or events or additional guests that were not previously reported.
*Ants are active in the region. Please try not to leave food residues on the floor or on the table. Keep the floor clean.
* Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug-in the Google Nest Wi-fi Router on the nightstand. Feel free to contact us if you need support.
*Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
*This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.
*There are some lovely wild animals around our house like squirrels, bears, coyotes, please be kind to them. For the sake of our common earth nature, please keep your distance from them.
