Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica. This lovely property offers all the comforts you need for a phenomenal stay, including WiFi, AC, a 65" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. A super comfy king size bed. Coffee maker and espresso machine along with a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook anything your heart desires. We also provide a driveway parking spot right in front of the building. This apartment is on the second level of the building (2 stories, 3 units). This apartment ideal for a couple but we do allow children and have an air mattress that can be set up in the living room. The peaceful ambiance of the apartment will make guests feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Palisades Fire Refugees
We had to unexpectedly seek refuge due to the Palisades Fire, and we are so grateful for this property during such a stressful time. The host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and settled during our stay.The home itself is small but very cute and cozy and perfect for a couple. It is well-equipped with everything we needed. It provided a much-needed sense of security while we were displaced. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the quiet environment as it gave us a break from the chaos around us.We’re incredibly thankful for this place, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place close to everything in Santa Monica. .
