Everything about this visit was perfection. It was quiet, comfortable, safe, easy to access all parts of the city, parking was easy, parking passes provided. The shower had great water pressure, comfortable bed, linens were great. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who desires to be in Santa Monica and close to the beach!

Wendy was a great host, shared personal knowledge of town and her guest cottage was prepped for our arrival with coffee, wine, and beer. We loved our stay here, just a few blocks from the beach and town!

Our first time ever in Cali… wasn’t sure about this area, but it was amazing. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of pretty much everything in Santa Monica. Easy access to roads to go to Malibu or other areas in LA. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Sweet little room
This is the second time I've stayed here. The room is so cozy and the bed is comfortable. I stayed here visiting my son who attends UCLA and found the location perfect. The yard is beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the chairs in the front yard. I will definitely stay here again.

If you like a short walk to the beach or to good cafe's, restaurants and shops...then this is the place for you. The room and bathroom felt very warm and the onsite owner/property manager (Wendy) was very accommodating and helpful.

Adorable Santa Monica guest room
This room attached to a house in Santa Monica on a lovely and quiet residential street was sweet and welcoming. Cute decor, and wine, coffee and tea provided. Walk to shops and restaurants. Free on street parking as well with no problem finding a spot right in front. Definitely recommend!!
