Charming Guest House, fully furnished, newly renovated, one half block from prime Santa Monica Beach. Use our bikes, surfboards, and beach games. Two outside permitted parking spaces included. Ocean views and breezes, lots of light, wood floors, and dutch fireplace.
Owner lives on the property with her very friendly dog. Lots of atmosphere. Private master bedroom with new queen size bed and living room with new twin sized cone daybed with a twin size trundle. Fully equipped kitchen allows for cooking your own meals.
A very friendly spot adjacent to four star hotels, the pier, nightlife, and wonderful nature.

Excellent location with a responsive and friendly host who thoughtfully took care of our parking during street cleaning. The property is pleasantly situated just a stone’s throw from the beach. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. The bedroom and bathroom heaters added extra comfort. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay again in the future.”

Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience.

The Beach House was a great stay for us in Santa Monica. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for short stays. Property was clean, private, and within 500m of the famous Santa Monica beach. Property owner was completely accessible but did not infringe. Would definitely recommend and may use again!

Such a Perfect Spot
This little behind a house apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy Santa Monica Beach and Pier. Literally just one block from the beach. It is a perfect size for just a couple or a small family. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Inviting second-story bungalow steps from the beach
It was a pleasure to stay at such a well maintained and well considered property. Unfortunately our host was not home during our stay. But fortunately, she left us in very good hands. A special thank you Ingelise for letting us back in our home when we locked ourselves out. Santa Monica Beach is an amazing attraction and this property is a welcome oasis.

Perfect Spot
My husband and I did a long weekend trip in this great cottage. The host was so friendly and questions were answered promptly. The house was very clean and in a great spot in Santa Monica. It is one block to the beach and near many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Looking forward to staying there again. Great house!

Perfect location
Steps from the beach, a short walk to Santa Monica pier and so many restaurants within walking distance. We walked everywhere and loved the beach walking paths, especially early mornings. Patio is large and perfect for when family came by. Highly recommend.

Terrific and quiet place to stay
We (parents and a 10-year old kid) stayed for 8 days and had a terrific experience. We had been to Santa Monica before, but this was the first quiet vacation rental without much noise in the night. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was great. All the amenities of home. Beach is super close. Quiet street nestled in the downtown core. Close to all activities. Home was a home away from home spacious and roomy. Great communication with host.
