As soon as you enter Hermosa Beach, you'll sense the laid-back beach vibe of this cool beach city. You can start your day off with an Acai bowl from Paradise bowls or head out to the beach with a cup of coffee to watch the surfers. Locals stay active during the day walking or biking along The Strand, a 22-mile ocean side path up the LA coastline.

Nestled between Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach in the South Bay region of Greater Los Angeles, Hermosa Beach offers residents the quintessential SoCal experience with walkable beach access, a vibrant pier, and an array of stunning homes—from charming bungalows to ultra-modern, multi-level residences and numerous apartments.
Outdoor recreation abounds in Hermosa Beach. Residents enjoy a wide variety of activities, including beach volleyball, surfing, jogging, biking, and skateboarding. This unit is literally next door to the sand as well as so many shops and restaurants. Manhattan Beach is an 5 min drive.

Note on surrounding area:
This property is located in a the heart of Hermosa Beach at the Pier which is a commercial zone and is adjacent to many shops, restaurants, bars and other businesses. It's also steps to the Hermosa Beach which is very popular. Please expect that you will will hear noise from these surrounding areas and from time to time construction in the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
This area is completely walkable with amazing restaurants, bars, yoga studios, boutique shops. Not to mention, the amazing beach which you'll see as soon as you step outside the gate. It's also very easy to explore the entire west side of LA by bike.
There is also plenty of paid public parking located next to the complex. Many of our guests use Uber/Lyft throughout their stay which is a really cost effective and convenient way to get around LA.
Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us aps we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.
We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
This Unit is located in the heart of Hermosa beach near many popular restaurants and bars. For those that want to walk to the best of Hermosa Beach, this is the perfect spot for you. For those who sleep lightly, please note that you may experience evening noise from local patrons.
Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
