Meticulously cared for and remodeled with recessed lights throughout the entire home. 82" Samsung Smart TV in the family room and 50"+ smart TVs in each bedroom will be sure to satisfy your streaming needs - whether that be Netflix or Sports. The front yard will great you with seasonal flowers and fruit trees. The backyard is complete with a gas grill and a large Kamado Joe Smoker. Each room has a King or Queen bed and hypoallergenic cotton linens (King, Cal King, and 2 queens). Clean and amazing stay
We really like the house - for its cleanliness, amenities, beds and the large TVs in every room. Host was very responsive to all our requests. Check in was very smooth and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It is on a quiet street within close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Armin was very responsive to all questions we had. Great home and a great host. Will stay here again the next time we're in the area. Armin was an excellent host that went above and beyond to cater to me and my family. Home was extremely clean, equipped with a nice big tv, comfortable beds, and spacious for our group. The home is located near all major shopping centers making it easier for us to run errands during our stay. I would definitely stay here whenever I’m in town.

Wow! Armin was an excellent host that went above and beyond to cater to me and my family. Home was extremely clean, equipped with a nice big tv, comfortable beds, and spacious for our group. Quiet, pretty home with lots of room
We booked the home for my son’s graduation from CSUN and it was perfect! A short drive to campus, and easy access to stores and restaurants. The home was clean and well designed and the neighborhood was so nice and quiet! We all had a wonderful time! Thank you!
