I’ve stayed here maybe 60 nights in the last 12 years - it’s home away from home - the staff treat everyone well and the rooms are really comfortable. It’s a great central location for visiting LA in all directions.

The biggest issue is that the AC/Heat is set for the entire floor not just one room. So I was either too cold or too hot. You can’t change the temperature for your room, rather gotta use their app to ask the staff to change the temperature for the entire floor. You can assume the game of ping pong between people with varying temperature preferences.

Safe, all my destinations were walkable. The wool blanket and comfy home like room was the best. Only issue was thin walls between the rooms. Heard my neighbors talk most of the night

Great one night getaway for my wife's birthday. Place is really quaint and cute. Very cozy room. Convenient location. Only issue was that you can't control the temperature of the room, so it got pretty warm at night.

This hotel looks and feels, and I think was, a former youth hostel. The rooms a beyond outdated and funky (in a bad way). Fortunately staff was great making the experience a little less awful.

Lovely hotel. Amazing locatiin
Loved my first visit to any of the Pali chain. Tim on reception made sure I was looked after and didn’t a incredible job. Was surprised that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in rooms at an establishment of this calibre. Seems a major oversight nor the option of room service.

I stayed in a room on the 1st floor. The rooms feel very used. Bathroom had broken towel hooks. No accessible place to plug things in (phone/watch charger). Old college door style fridge propped up on a box, seemed strange and dingy for the price I paid.
