Our favorite feature of the home is the incredible large windows that feature the beautiful beach and it's gorgeous colorful sunsets. It's such a unique and special experience to have the ocean feel like a feature in your home.
Please note: The sauna has been disabled for safety purposes. It is now a cool spot to sit and relax in before or after a shower.
In this home we included a unique and flexible space that you can use for a variety of activities. The room has a turf flooring and unique wallpaper as well as some comfortable lounge chairs and a clothing rack. Use the space to workout, take pictures, film videos, get ready for the day or whatever you make of it!
This apartment was designed to feel like can escape from the every day. Every part of it is inviting and welcoming. From the relaxing interior design to the incredible sunset views, staying in our apartment will have you breathing a sigh of relief. When you decide to step outside however, so many exciting activities await.
The apartment is right on the beach which features clean sand and gorgeous sparkling water. You will also be walking distance to a plethora of amazing places to eat drink and be merry!
Skip on over to our famous restaurants, shops, art galleries and endless entertainment options; rent e-bikes or surfboards, learn about marine life at the local aquarium on the pier, picnic at the local park and more! Tour the town or just take the time to lay out on the beach and relax, either way Manhattan Beach will not disappoint.
The are two tandem parking spots provided. Additional street parking throughout neighborhood, but is limited.

- Garage: 7’8” in width, 77” in height and 16’ in depth
This unit is located on the first floor of a 4 unit building. The living room has huge windows overlooking the beach and ocean, but the rest of the unit (bedrooms, bathrooms) do not have windows.

Please note that there is construction taking place on the home next door to this one. You should expect construction noise. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Construction is only allowed in Manhattan Beach Mondays through Fridays 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. It is not allowed on Sundays.
Property Notes:
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.
Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.
A washer and dryer are available for shared use in the garage.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 14% will apply (see note below on collection process)
We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
Please note this unit shares walls with other units so you may experience some noise transfer between units.

There will be ongoing construction that may affect parking access for Unit 1 and Unit 2. Guests without designated parking may also see the construction activities in the alleyway behind the building.
We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
