Garage Entrance:
Enjoy convenient access through the garage to the upper-level studio suite. This space features ocean-view windows, a queen bed, a kitchenette, a cozy couch, and a pool table. The garage includes two reserved tandem parking spots for easy luggage unloading.
Main Entrance:
The mid-level houses all three bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and private ocean-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, each with closets and TVs.
Lower Level:
An expansive living area with breathtaking ocean views includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, bar, and living room leading to the front patio with beach access. A movie theater room and half-bath complete this level.
Important Details:
Check-In: Complete our check-in forms for a smooth process. We partner with third-party insurance for optional damage coverage and background checks. Your privacy and security are our priority.
Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.
House Rules:
Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM for a peaceful environment.
No Events/Loud Music: Respect neighbors and other guests.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests allowed; no additional visitors.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies.
Pet Policy: Pets under 25 lbs allowed with prior approval and a $500 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
Upon Departure: Adhere to checkout time to avoid fees. Late checkout must be pre-arranged.
Feedback and Reviews: Guests not complying with house rules, including timely checkout, may forfeit the ability to leave a public review.
Booking Policies:

Long-Term Stays:
Stays over 30 days include an $800 deep cleaning fee and a refundable $600 security deposit, ensuring the property is maintained in excellent condition.
By Booking: You agree to the house rules, assume liability for personal injuries, and acknowledge the host isn’t responsible for left-behind items. Maintenance may occur with 12 hours’ notice.
