Good location & floor plan, but lots of issues
Very good: location, cleanliness, floor plan, parking and promise of tech support kept on day 2. Not good: wrong codes given for entry key lock box and WiFi. No power in twin bedroom (twin bath had power). External lights bathed bedrooms all night long (drapes were paper thin - no shades). 1/2 bath door locked after first use. No ice or water in fridge dispenser. Did not feel welcomed by manager who was slow in response and came across as taciturn. The checkin instructions were a very long warning

Nice location and comfortable, but cheap furnishings
We really liked the layout and location. Very close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and more. We were going to Universal Studios and I thought we were close. I liked the layout of the home and the appliances were nice. I thought a lot of the sheets, soaps, and other offerings were mostly from the dollar store. The blankets were really thin. The windows also needed blinds because there were a lot of lights shining in at night and that made sleeping hard. They also weren’t great at responding to my messages. The check in and out process was also tricky since the codes were different and the times they provided and then later messages conflicted. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but there are a few things I would recommend updating.

Great place for a quick weekend trip
A group of 8 of us stayed at the house and the house was very clean with everything we needed. The only thing that would make it better is if there was some foam pads to put on the futon beds. There was 8 of us so we used the four twin beds upstairs and the king bed but still needed the futons but when folded down you could feel the bar in the middle so a good foam pad to put on those would fix that. But the other 5 beds were very comfortable. O really we really enjoyed our stay here and would come again. 5 stars
