New but noisy
It felt like the current owner had just recently acquired the property. It needs carpet or area rugs on the 2nd floor to reduce the noise for those on the first floor (in this case, us). The heater shut off a few times because of a faulty plug in at the outside outlet.Otherwise, a good location for us and the owner did call us back to elp resolve the heating problem.
