Modern Cottage - Perfect Location 4 Blocks to the Beach

Enjoy the sea breeze in this modern cottage in a perfect location.
You are within easy 5 minutes walking distance to Main Street, the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Venice and Abbott Kinney are a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and yoga studios. We recently renovation and have a new custom kitchen, bathroom, patio doors to a new outdoor deck for indoor outdoor living.

Stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. Memory foam mattresses with linen sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with patios for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbecue after work or a day at the beach or sightseeing.

This is a licensed Santa Monica Home-Share #229082. Host will be present during the visitor’s stay’ . The home-share may not be booked or rented by more than two groups of visitors for any given date”

This was such a fantastic property! It was ideal for a few days of staycation and perfectly situated near the ocean, downtown Santa Monica and the freeway. Could not have been more impressed with the cleanliness and style of everything inside and out.

My husband and I were visiting family. The cottage was perfect!! So spacious and conveniently located to everything. Walking distance to Main St which was awesome. We loved the porch area. Will definitely be back!!

Happy at the beach!
Enjoyed the short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beach cruisers and boogie boards were wonderful additions to the comfortable and well equipped home. We hope to return again!

Perfect little hideaway
The pictures don’t do it justice, place was very cute and close to the beach! Loved the privacy of the yard. The beds were cozy and the shower was nice. Really enjoyed having a good kitchen to cook in. Would definitely stay again when traveling back to the area!

Perfect Get Away
Teresa’s guest house was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located making it easy to go to the beach or the city. The porch was a highlight for me in the morning drinking coffee and reading a book. Teresa was extremely accommodating with any request we had. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Everything about this house is perfect for a small group visiting Santa Monica. Very clean and well appointed.The indoor / outdoor space was the quintessential California experience. We hope to stay here again.

Great Location
The property is as advertised. Very clean and in a great location. A short walk to the beach, close enough I went for a run every morning. Only a 15 minute walk to Santa Monica pier and shops. Would definitely stay again if I get the chance.

Great little gem in a great location
Little gem walking distance to the beach. Great patio space with privacy. The entry door is a bit different in the way it operates, but the property owner leaves great instructions on how to use. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations left by property owner as well.
