This was a great, luxurious place to stay in Downtown Long Beach and a (better!) alternative to a hotel! The unit and apartment facilities are new, modern, and clean. The studio unit has sleeping, living, and kitchen areas, as well as in-unit laundry and a patio with a great view of the pool and the bay (ocean barely visible). We received a spot in the underground parking garage and fobs/keys for parking and entry. We were also able to use the beautiful apartment pool & hot tub and fitness facilities. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and we felt very safe in the building despite a number of homeless folks in the area. It's walking distance to the waterfront and many food options, though may only want to walk around in the day time. The included parking made it super easy to drive to other nearby hangouts like 2nd & PCH and Belmont Shore / Naples Canals. The only things missing: conditioner & patio furniture. And the bed was a little stiffer than we like. Overall, we were very satisfied and were happy with our choice!
