This is a really nice modern property. Clean and beautiful. Needs a table for games especially in our room that has multiple beds for family. There was a party across the street that was rather loud until about 10pm. Otherwise everything was amazing. Staff was amazing and super friendly.

It seems a small hotel but they can brag of having the quality and cleanliness of any major hotel. They have an inside plaza that makes it unique, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. I used the gym and it was well equipped. Unfortunately my room faced a car parked by the curbside whose alarm would go off every minute all night (nothing to do with the hotel management though) I requested a room change and the young lady at the frontdesk was very kind and understanding, she managed to give me a very nice room on the other side of the building. Kudos to her for going above and beyond to solve that problem for me.

It’s nice but noisy. There was a noise in the room every time the heater would come on. And the people next door kept on slamming the door every time they would come in and out of the room and there was a cold draft coming in from the front door.

I enjoyed the lay out of the terrace suite as well the staff was exceptionally helpful! Unfortunately there was some broken glass and stickiness in the living room area. The front desk promptly had housecleaning come up and take care of it. The maid questioned me in a way that made me feel like she thought I dirtied the room then called after the fact. Besides that the front desk staff and Management went above and beyond and make the small hiccups a distant memory! I recommend this style room.
