Large Room Available in a Beautiful Victorian Manor in Santa Monica

Welcome to Santa Monica! I'm renting out a spare room in a Victorian Manor near all of the major tourist destinations. Originally built in 1907, this beautiful Victorian home sits in a prime location in the heart of Santa Monica. The spot is perfectly located a 5 minute drive to the beach, 8 minute drive to downtown Santa Monica, a 10 minute drive to the famous Venice Beach, and and a 3 block drive to the 10 freeway entrance to get anywhere else.

I've included all of the amenities you can ever need for your stay. The room includes a private secure entrance, private bath, queen size bed, all of the kitchen amenities you'll need while on Vacation, and all of the supplies and toiletries you'll need for your stay. I live in the main house and can quickly answer any questions or get you any extra toiletries or supplies you might need.

I'll be on site and present throughout your stay if you ever need anything.
The room can have up to 3 people stay at a time.
I can provide permits for one vehicle to park during your stay.
This home-share will not be booked or rented by more than one group of visitors on any given date.

We came to town for a wedding. Perfect location. Easy checkin & checkout. Host has thought of so many extra items for the guest. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Only suggestion would be to have some Solar pathway lights leading to the entry gate.

Blake’s property was just as advertised. Was clean, well appointed and comfortable for our visit. Checkin was easy, and we loved all the little touches like the shower amenities and great for coffee lovers! Would definitely stay again when visiting Santa Monica.

I frequent LA a lot to visit family and friends and have to say that Blake's place is one of the nicest, most well-appointed rooms I've stayed. It truly has everything you could ever need (including things you haven't thought of) and is so convenient to central Santa Monica and the beach. Communication was amazing and it was great being in such a fantastic location for a few days. I'll definitely be back!

The Amenities and the comfort!
My husband and I stayed for a few nights at Blake’s cozy and comforting space. The room was full of extremely thoughtful and special touches like individual packs of sunscreen and everything that you need to take to a day at the beach. We were comfortable and worry free. I would highly recommend staying here.
