One of GQ's Best Long-Term Airbnbs!
Located in the exclusive Sailhouse building, this large open loft with tall ceilings has lots of light and balcony overlooking Main Street. Great for artists, surfers, techies, or anyone else who wants to dive head-first into the Venice Beach lifestyle. The loft is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable month-long stay, including central A/C, voice-controlled lighting, a Smart TV, two workstations, and more. Check out the long gallery wall, too!
THE SPACE
Underground and gated parking with an assigned space is included!
The kitchen has everything you need including high-end Monogram appliances.
You can play music anywhere in the house, change the temperature, and even change the colors or dimming of the lights with your voice.
The large roll-up door leads to a balcony with a fire feature and views of the exciting Main Street.
The bathroom has two sinks and a shower/tub, and an unusual amount of space. I like to stretch or dance in there while getting ready.
The bed area has a queen-sized bed, and there is also a queen-sized air mattress that can be set up at the other end of the loft.
Keep in mind, it's a very open floor-plan, so it works best for a couple or small family rather than two couples.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Of course, the best part about my home is the location. It is right on Main Street in Santa Monica, which has world-class restaurants and shopping. Walk two blocks and you're on the sand at the beginning of the famous Venice Boardwalk. Short walk to Abbott Kinney. Venice pier and Santa Monica piers are both within a 20-minute walk. You'll enjoy the California sunsets, walking on the beach, and excellent surf spots.
