Room was smelly. We Requested room service in morning & nothing was done. On top of that requested new towels since no room service was done the manager said they don’t have any clean towels. Breakfast was not great either

After checking out of the hotel, our deposit of 100.00 was quickly credited to our credit card ! Then a few days later I noticed a 25.00 charge appeared on our card.. I contacted them, they said you checked in early according to the time stamp on there records. ( 15min early) At no point did they say I was going to be charged an early check in fee. Extremely unprofessional.. I will be speaking to there corporate office !

Front desk person was great and very helpful. Place was noisy, bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast area was lacking. They didn't even have sugar for the coffee.

We had to ask the front desk for a different room because the toilet was defective. They more than happy to move us into another room. The housekeepers were also helpful. We had only one bath towel, they were quick to give us onother one. Overall, we had a quiet and relaxing two night stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH After having been forced to evacuate from the Eaton Canyon wildfire we didn't expect to have to flee again, but that is exactly what we had to do here. In the middle of my partner's shower the water turned black and spat filth out of the faucet before suddenly shutting off. With shampoo still in her hair and now covered in an unknown black goo I was forced to run to get bottled water to try to help clean her off. The front desk said it was the city, but the business two doors down had no issues with water whatsoever. They said they had no idea how long it would take for the water to come back on. The front desk said they had no warning, but an hour later as we were leaving they had placed a single sheet of information at the front desk about this apparently scheduled shut off. The exercise room was full of damaged equipment and one of the vents providing air to the room was so filthy and covered in dust and grime that I took pictures I would be happy to upload to prevent others from being surprised. I have been sick since working out there four days ago with a respiratory infection that may very well be from it. When I asked if the hot tub was working I was told it was just warm as the motor had to be replaced because the tub had been contaminated from someone going in with their diaper on.

I visit this area frequently and like to stay at La Quinta because I feel safe there, they provide breakfast, the parking lot isn't crowded. But on this visit I felt like I was in a third world country because there was no ice to be found in the hotel!

Rooms are average size. Maid didn't come in the 1st day which was fine. But she cam in the 2nd day and took all of our bath towels and didn't replace them, so we had to go get some and they were short and scratchy.
