Separate La Canada Flintridge studio with private, relaxing patio to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and downtown Los Angeles. Private entry and private suite with many amenities. All newly decorated. Coffee and tea provided.
The space
The is for 2 adults. The sofa is very comfortable to sit on but is not made to sleep on
Guest access
Studio is located in a 5 unit apartment complex and is accessed by walking on a gravel path.
Other things to note
The kitchenette has a sink, Microwave and Keurig. It does not have an oven or cooktop. Washer & Dryer are available for a fee next door. TV has a Fire Stick but does not have cable channels.

Beautiful basement unit
This listing was private, clean, had a gorgeous view and many wonderful amenities. The unit came with a air purifier which was great as someone with asthma. It was also useful in covering up the sewage smell, unfortunately. This is just an unfortunate aspect of being in a space below the sewer line, so be aware of that if you stay here. I only mention it because it was very noticable as someone with scent sensitivity. The hosts were very helpful with any concerns I had and overall I think it was well worth the price. Thank you!
