This is a beautifully renovated large studio apartment! It is literally steps from the sands of the beach in Belmont Shore! The unit has been extensively renovated including kitchen, flooring, lighting, and finishes. It has all new stainless steel appliances including stove, fridge and microwave. It also has a newly renovated bathroom with gorgeous tile. It is just a couple blocks from the famous "2nd street" that offers dinning, shopping and a terrific nightlife. There is street parking only.

This place is 1/2 from the beach and walking distance to good restaurants and bars/shopping. The Piper owner and manager are very nice and easy to friendly. It it's immaculate and updated. I would highly recommend anyone stay here. It is clean and fresh. Fantastic experience.

Beautiful Studio
Wonderful neighborhood steps away from the beach and 2nd St in LB. Property manager (William) answers any questions you may have. Accessing the place is easy, and although parking can be a bit dicey, we were able to find parking nearby every time quite easily. I’d recommend to anybody staying in town.

Beach bungalow
The check in process was a little different from what I was expecting. The unit was clean but the kitchen sink, bathroom sink the drains were slow. Shower was nice but bring your own stuff because the bottles of body wash were pretty small. I’m writing this review so the property owner knows what is going on. Parking is a premium at the beach and I expected it to be so be prepared.

WOW!
The place was just perfect for me neighborhood nice and quiet. The beach literally right across the street. I had no problem with parking. There are eateries and coffee shops like two two and a half blocks away. The studio is immaculate had no issues whatsoever. I would stay there again.

This is a very small VRBO - with a pullout couch. The TV was very difficult to maneuvered, all we wanted was regular TV!! No dishwasher. No outside seating. Gerald could have left coffee filters, maybe one for each day. Perhaps even a bottle of wine. The cleaners came at 10:00 am when we were advised check out 11:00 a.m. Will not recommend this VRBO.
