Upon check in, we had been told my the receptionist in the lobby that housekeeping would not come in on their own without request. If we needed anything like towels and such - we were to ask the receptionist and have that arranged. There is even signage in the restroom of our room that reiterated what she told us. The following day we left in the morning for the day and returned at 8:30 pm where we noticed housekeeping came in and fixed our bed, refreshed our towels and etc. It was a nice gesture but we did not appreciate the inconsistency in communication. The WiFi did not work the first day there and was spotty the second day. For reference our room was on the second floor, towards the back end at room 223. Secondly, this event happened two nights in a row during our stay where someone attempted to come into our room. The first night we heard it around 1-2 am and we brushed it off because we assumed someone tried going into the wrong room since it was an obvious shake at the door handle. The second night that this happened was around 2 am and my husband heard someone attempting to key the door and subtly jiggled the door handle two times. My husband went to the peephole and notice that a man had given up and heard him attempting to open other doors down the hallway.

The bed was not what I reserved. It was a full and I booked 2 queens. The room felt like a closet and near the street. The manager was not available and they would not return or cancel our room or give us another one. The worst customer service. And Expedia was no help in getting this resolved.

The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and plenty of towels, soaps and tissue. Their breakfast and coffee was excellent, and the location/surrounding area has any and everything you could want or need very close by.

I was encouraged to do the pre check-in by entering my drivers license, credit card for deposit and car information. After doing all I had to do was go to front desk and pick up my keycards. But that was not the case, I still had to provide my credit card again for the room deposit and sign and initial paperwork. Also we had no hot water to take showers in the morning before we left for a wedding. And all we were offered was a $60 discount. We do not recommend staying here!

The place was a dive and a dump. The entrance to get to the lobby was by ONE elevator only. The carpet on the landing to get out of the elevator was badly stained and gross! The eating area hardly had any places to sit and eat. The room didnt have ANY pictures on any walls. Was very cold and dreary looking inside. No full length mirror. No clock by bed. TV was dinky. Lots of shady people hanging in parking lot at all times. I think drug deals were going on in the parking lot. One night I couldnt pull in to the parking lot because there were so many cop cars blocking the entrance. I didnt feel safe there. I had to park next door at Residence in to get in my room because of all the cop cars in the parking lot when I came back from dinner. I will NEVER stay there again!
