Hollywood House
Amazing stay. We were able to see so much while being in the center of many attractions. The snacks and hospitality made the stay very worthwhile and worth any troubles leading up to the stay.

Great place!
We loved our stay. It was super clean and comfortable. We moved our son to an apartment nearby and this location was a short walk to his new place. We will definitely stay here again! Also, check in-check out was super easy.

Why hotel when you can Vrbo?
While the place didn’t have the raw square footage or full kitchen as some of the listings, is was a fabulous stay. It had a fantastic location that was quiet and had ample parking, often right out front of the door and never more than a block. The amenities match and/or surpassed those of five star hotels. The snacks and drinks provided were a welcome addition and the check-in / check-out process couldn’t have been easier! I would recommend and stay there again when visiting WeHo!

Amazing Place!
This property was just as we expected. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, great vibe! Located near everything. Our hosts were very attentive and generous. We would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience
Great location to get to all of the sitghts we wanted to see on our trip. Kevin was fast to reply to all of our needs and we had the added bonus of a Tesla EV charger and parking spot around the corner from the apartment. All in all a memorable expereince and I could not rate it highly enough.

A Perfect Hollywood Pad!
The condo had everything we needed for a Hollywood stay and was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see. The communication was excellent and the complimentary snacks were such a nice touch! Highly recommend staying here.

Hollywood stay
The listing description is accurate. We enjoyed the free street parking, private patio, and the quick responses from the host! Location made it easy to explore many different areas by car. Very quiet despite being close to busy streets! Thanks again for hosting us!

Perfect little place
This was perfect for two people who aren't spending much time at their place. Like a hotel suite with a nice outdoor area. Location was perfect walking distance to Hollywood attractions. Parking on the street was easy. Bonus bountiful free snack basket.

Great spot in Hollywood
Simplicity makes this place great. It is akin to a hotel room with a private entrance. It includes an ample bathroom, coffee maker and complimentary snacks. Kevin was responsive and helpful.

Comfortable Studio
Loved this cozy, modern studio! Bed was comfortable, the complimentary snacks were a big treat, and my sweetheart loved the patio and the freedom to smoke his herbs out there and chill. Plenty of outlets for our devices. Check In/Out was convenient. Well worth the $. We would stay here again!

Couldn’t have been more perfect
I had an incredible stay and could not have asked for a more perfect place to call home for a few days while I was in LA. I was there for 5 days and have nothing bad to say about it. The closet was enormous and the bathroom was perfect. The location was close to everything we needed. Thanks so much to Kevin and Natalie for this fantastic getaway. Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Nice Hollywood Room
A very functional little spot in the center of Hollywood. Perfect for work trips with internet working fine etc everything one would need for a quick few day trip. Neighborhood parking was easy. The security was fine but the room being at street level and the porch w/out any protection from someone hopping easily over it meant i could not leave the sliding door open and hence no fresh air- the place wreaked of candy-scented cleaning products/detergent and was quite stuffy at night. Thank god it wasn't hot weather. The owner was great, very communicative and quick to respond and left a little goody basket upon arrival which is always a real sweet move.

Great location!
We had a wonderful time in LA for my husband’s 40th birthday trip in large part because of this place. It is in a FANTASTIC location, was very clean, and parking was relatively easy to find. It is small but cozy and very much is as described - like a nice hotel room with a mini fridge and a great patio. Since we were seeing sites all day and out to dinner each night, this fit the bill perfectly. The only thing I wish it had was access to ice, but we picked up from the 7-11 around the corner when we wanted to make a late night cocktail. Overall, a great experience!

Clean accommodation, nice bed, linens and towels. Only a 15 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd attractions, however neighborhoods between are sketchy. This is no reflection on the host or property itself.

A nice clean place in a great location
Communication with Kevin was excellent. The place was just like a hotel room but we were provided with a basket of complimentary snacks and beverages which was very much appreciated! Easy to get in and out of and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were in town for a family celebration so most days got home late so finding parking on the street could be a bit of a challenge. But I guess that's to be expected in LA.Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Kevin!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, cute, comfortable and convenient Hollywood vrbo! Check-in was simple and seamless. It had all the updated necessities for a stay. We enjoyed the little private outdoor patio for some quick fresh air and sun! The owner was available to answer any questions at a moment’s notice and even left chocolates on the bed and a complimentary basket of drinks and goodies! If there was anything to make it better; it would be a designated parking spot. Parking at times was a little tricky, but we figured it out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Husbands Birthday/Valentines Trip
This place was awesome!!! I cannot stress how lucky we were to be able to stay here! The place alone is setup amazing, he has everything you could possibly want or need, and the snacks are so kind!!! Checking in and out was seamless! He really has an amazing set up! My husband and I are so thankful we stayed here! We were not far from Hollywood Blvd at all! Short walk to some amazing views!!! It was my first time in LA and I want to go back asap! Kevin was so kind to even suggest certain places and even suggest car rental! Of course I was that person and I left a bag of goodies we had got our daughter and he already shipped it to us! We live on the East coast but due to Kevin’s place and amazing generosity we will definitely be back! Stay here if you can! Thank you so much Kevin!

This place worked perfect for us.
This place is private, cute, cozy and safe. Clean! Plenty of supplies; towels, linens, coffee, water and SNACKS! Thanks extra for the snacks, Kevin! We loved the private little patio off the front, listening to tunes or hearing the neighborhood passersby. Bed was comfy. Kevin was super attentive in replying to the very few questions we had. And he lives on site, so I imagine if there were any major issue, it’d be resolved just as quick. My partner and I were in town for Willie Nelson’s 90th Birthday celebration this weekend. This locale would be convenient for anyone else attending a Hollywood Bowl event. Or just to submerge yourself into LA and explore. Thanks big, Kevin! Sincerely, Renee and Kayla
