Overall a great place to stay

Clean Rooms, Exceptionally friendly data. Just be aware that the Hotel does not have air conditioning, but every room has strong standing fans and especially at night in Hollywood could be an issue. But the nice Manager and his wife are always so nice and welcoming; that far out ways not having air conditioning and the Room per night is unbeatable right in the heart of Hollywood

This is the worst pla e i have stayed at for years Everything in the room was needing to be replced. The thermostat was broken, the furnishins we probably bought at a junk yard. The bed gelt like there was a dead body in the mattress. There were overloading electrical burns on the o ly outlet which they had an extension cord for TV and refrigerator. The microwave, well there is one in lobby but not room as stated. Then the horrible parkin. Al.ost impossible and the back area is occupied by there work vans, 6 of them If i could rate it lower i would. I asked the guy if he would sell it all for 20k because it needs at least $500-800k to renovate. Do not stay at the Roxy, you might wake up eith bed bugs or worse. Gaucets not even secured. Other liquids and stains, blood, boogers on the wall. Just horrible, i also am going to try to reverse the charges. They shod be offering free rooms for labor or payimg people who stay there. These amateurs have no business being in this business.

Tolerable

This place is a dump , no Air Conditioning and you don't find out untill its too late . The bed is like sleeping on concrete. The pillows are super thin .

Best Value in Hollywood!

Consistent (always clean, very nice and helpful front desk, safe, best price in Hollywood). It’s “barebones”, so don’t expect to pay an amazing low price in the heart of Hollywood and receive “Four Seasons” Amenities””. You must be aware that NO rooms have air conditioning. If you can’t take the Heat this is not the Property for you. Each Room always has a Standing High Speed Fan. Other than the no air conditioning it’s still (at least for me) the best value in the Heart of Hollywood.
