This is a terrible place. We waited 30 min to check in because no one was at the front desk and when she came she was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn’t even let us check in or give us a refund.

Enjoyed my stay at Hi View Inn & Suites. I booked it very last minute just for one night and arrived late. The front desk clerk was very friendly and got me into my room quickly. I was a little nervous that it would be noisy due to the traffic from the highway and she assured me it wouldn't be---and she was right. The rooms were new and CLEAN. The bed was comfortable. My only issue was the shower pressure---very low (not sure if that's a cali thing or a hotel thing). The hotel is minutes away from the downtown district of Manhattan beach. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This was our second time staying at Hi View Inn & Suites for the AVP Manhattan Beach tournament and we have had such pleasant experiences both times. The front desk staff is lovely and so friendly and accommodating. It's an easy 20-30 minute walk to the main pier area as well. We'll be back next year if we come for the tournament again!

Deceiving
The front desk person gave us the room that was next to the road, so we asked for another one less noisy. She said that was the only one she had at the price we paid so we agreed to it, we did not feel like paying more. The room was VERY small, not even a hanging closet, and loud. After dinner, I was surprised to see only 2 cars in the parking lot, I looked on hotels.com: this hotel had 6 available rooms for that night, all bigger, cheaper, not more expensive as we were told, and obvioulsy not on the street. Very disappointing to be lied to, and disrespectful to the client.

Decent hotel for the area. Its a little dated but clean plenty of parking and close to restaurants stores and beach! The lady who checked us in was nice.
