Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the picturesque Marina Del Rey! Situated in a prime location just a short walk away from the marina, you'll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Our apartment boasts stunning views of the marina and Boats, and is decorated with a modern and stylish touch. The living room is spacious and features comfortable Joybird Couch, a large 65" flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and there is a dining table for 8 people where you can enjoy your culinary creations.

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two comfortable Queen beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space, and there are two beautifully appointed bathrooms for your convenience.

During your stay, you'll have access to all the amenities you need, including high-speed Wi-Fi, Central air conditioning and heating. washer and dryer are located in the hallway outside the unit and we provide all products including a laundry card.
There is also a beautiful outdoor pool on-site for your use.

Sheriff evicted us on 2nd day
Complex doesn’t allow short term rentals. Facility management company had had been going back and forth with owner for over 8 months. The sheriff finally came at noon on Tuesday and gave us until 4:00 to leave. The owners local rep Jad picked us up at 3:00 and moved us to another unit in Marina del Ray.

**Avoid this rental - Fraudulent**
Initial stay booked for 15 - 22 September 2024. Turns out it was a fraud from start to finish. ** SITE IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE RENTED OUT - you risk being evicted like us ** Host is NOT Liv Rosa as stated on the Stayz Site. We actually don't know the real host, but security and building management had a record of a male called " Nicolas Bondi" whose phone number was on longer connected ( according to their records and attempts to call). Anyway, what went wrong. 1. Male host, called "Jad" told us to meet a different male in Santa Monica, some 30 mins drive away to pick up keys. Male had nothing to do with our booking. Jad Apologised and directed us back to rental. 2. Jad advised us to tell security we were only visiting, security didn't believe us and refused entry. Eventually letting us access site. 3. Apartment was left unlocked and Carpet all stained. 4. Turns out the apartment is not allowed to be rented out and we were served with paperwork for staff to enter and remove occupants. Turns out that another unit a few doors down, also had the same issue. 5. All numbers and names provided by Stayz for contact don't work or people have no idea what we were talking about. 6. Management company ( Elite Property ) refuse to refund full amount, despite being kicked out. They claim to have reviewed their contract with the host, but haven't. Adverstied immediatey after we left. **AVOID OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY**

Furniture is extremely old sagging & uncomfortable. No place to really rest. Door screen old & unusable in the bedroom. Very long walk to the unit from the garage. Pool has no shower or bathroom. Very difficult to find your garage level

Great location, beautiful, safe, plenty of amenities nearby, walkable, nice parking setup. Had enough of what we needed to do some cooking in the apartment, location was pretty quiet. Beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. Only small downside was checkin process is a little clunky but not bad. Communication was great.

Great location, beautiful unit
We had a three night stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great—walkable to beaches and restaurants. We had coffee on the patio overlooking the marina each morning. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect for traveling with a teenager who likes his own space. Thanks so much!

Beautiful location. Wake up to the sound of sea lions barking in the marina and the sunset is gorgeous. Some spices, olive oil and salt and pepper isp provided. Check in process was confusing. We had to meet someone in an empty parking lot to get the keys and gain access to the property.
