The property was unclean , bed sheet had holes . The water had poor pressure barely any water coming out to shower and in sink. The elevator had graffiti and smelled like piss. cracks in the walls , screen was broken very un kept place very dirty . overpaid in this room .

Awful stay . Was not worth my $232 that I spent
Room has an awful smell going in. Sink water was barely coming out . There was no hot water in the shower . The sheets was completely covered in holes looks like cigarettes burns. Desk was broken. Chairs was broken.

There was cigarette burns on the sheets and the table. The sheets looked dirty there was no tv. Then we got moved to another room and the door did not lock this is not a place to stay with children. It really seems like a place that is rented by the hour NEVER AGAIN!

I was very upset and impressed by the work of the staff and service. I walked into my room looked around. A few minutes later i used the toilet in the bathroom only to find out it had no toilet paper. I called the front desk and he said i should have checked for the paper first. I ssid no. That is the responsibility of your staff not mine.

Stay Away from this property. It is not worth booking ever in your life, it is essentially misleading at this point to even have their listing on--broken toilet seat, dirty floors, furniture, non functional heater, dirty torn old stained bedsheets, stained doors, walls, smell was disgusting. The security was kind but the upkeep is terrible...I don't know how they are still standing and feel good about charging > $100/night for this. I understand it was my decision but this isnt even meeting the bare minimum of standard human cleanliness and respecting what is said to be offered in the listing...I advocated to be given another room but the only thing that was different was a working heater. Stay away.

Totally unsatisfied
I let the front desk know that i wasn't happy with the cleanliness of my room. Also the air conditioner is really outdated and when i wen't to turn it on the whole front cover came off. It was a model so old that it should of had knobs to turn on and control climate but they were missing. There was a smoke detector but it was not connected. The room had a blow dryer hanging next to the sink but it had no plug only bare wires. I took a picture of it hoping to be able to upload it when i reviewed my stay.

The elevators smells and seen urine inside and no hot water pressure very little water from the sink and showers plus too many zombies (as known meth heads) lots of noises from other visitors too many police activities at the hotel “Not worth the price”
