Professional home three beautiful bedrooms plus a gym and a backyard barbecue area fire pit spool/Jacuzzi. Very nice garage perfect location spectacular views, security system. Beautiful setting. ❤️ 12 miles to the beach. We are open for long-term rentals as well all utilities included

Perfect Vrbo near Westlake Village
My wife and I along with our adult daughters stayed here as we were going to a wedding at the Westlake Village Inn resort. My daughters told me it was the best Vrbo that I had ever booked!! The back yard with spa/pool, the conversation pit with huge TV, the grill/bar area, and the beautiful table was perfect for us. After the day’s events the spa was awesome to come back to. The master bedroom is awesome as well. Great kitchen, etc. I can’t say enough great things about this house. Would rent again!!

Needs some attention
Overall impression was pretty good. Had thought one bedroom was on ground floor for my 80yo mom-in-law but they were all upstairs which was quite a chore, especially without solid grab handles. Stair railings not secure and missing some… Downstairs bathtub didn’t work. DW didn’t work. Lights in waterfall burned out. Lights around bbq worked but couldn’t change colors - may need battery. Upstairs master smelled like sewer for first day or so…towel in master had mold all around edges. There were things we really liked such as location. And backyard amenities. But prob won’t stay here again.

Girls trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of indoor space, the outdoor space is spectacular. We took full advantage of sunsets in the hot tub, having dinner and wine by the fire pit, and morning news outside with coffee. The property is located in a beautifully manicured neighborhood, central to just about everything you would need. We spent our days at the beach, which is a quick 15-20 minute drive down Kanan Rd.

Family Easter in Agoura Hills
We traveled from PA to spend time with our adult son for Easter he lives in Studio City. It was so nice to have a bedroom for each of us and bathrooms. The spool was amazing despite the raining weather. We had fun playing games at the dining room table. And I watching Jesus shows for the Easter weekend. We attended a local church. We found some nice breweries and hiking in the area. Everything was perfect and the hosts were kind!

Feels like home!
Loved staying at this property with my family! The eclectic decorations and personal comfort touches made it feel like home. The neighborhood is great and the views from the backyard are gorgeous (especially at sunset). The host was very communicative and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My family and I stayed at this house for our Christmas Vacation. The house was perfect for our family. We were able to cook and spend Christmas here as if it were our own house. The location was excellent. Very close to the freeway, stores and restaurants. Would stay again if we come back.
