Everything was great! Two bed rooms on the first floor with restrooms right when you walk in. Second floor is the dinning room, living room, washer/dryer, and restroom, then third floor is two rooms with restrooms. All that was fine, clean, and beautiful. But this is not made for an event type of stay even though it was listed to be able to hold events. Neighbors complained about the noise (we weren’t obnoxiously loud either). The point of me getting on vrbo is because of the option of “events allowed” to not worry about complaint issues. But I can’t take away to how respectful the owner was when telling me about the complaints! So professional.

me and my family stayed here over the weekend, Property looked very new with three level which we liked. Neighbor hood is not the best and parking spots were too tied but other than that it was a good stay

LA New Year's visit
This location was great and easy to access multiple tourist spots. Great for large families or friends traveling together. I would definitely book again if I visit LA in the future. One note: parking could be a challenge for large vehicles/SUVs.

Somewhat Misleading
Overall, we were not completely unhappy with our stay. The pictures did a great job of displaying the property and it was accessible for what we were needing. What we were disappointed with was the misleading information in the listing. We were a party of 9 and this listing came up when we put in that information. However, the week before the trip we had to pay an additional nightly fee for our 9th person. I inquired about it and was told it was for the air mattress they were going to provide, so we paid and went on. However, we probably would have gone with another listing had we known it wasn't already set to accommodate 9 people. (with a sleeper couch or hideaway bed). I explained to them that the listing was misleading as it showed that it would presented as if it would accommodate 9 without the extra fee. Also, after the first night, most rooms in the house had ants. Little sugar ants. We did not have food out as instructed, but most bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen were quickly covered with ants. Lastly, there were no extra amenities with this property. We were 9 people and there were exactly 9 bath towels. There were no extra hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms. The half bath had not towels at all. The pillows were also old and flat and there were no extras on the beds to swap with. Overall, we felt as if this property had the bare minimum available to accommodate people staying.

Any excuse will not be accepted. If you have an excuse , you will be charged. They are very strict for their rules. I would recommend other accommodations near by under different company.

Host Provides Outstanding Customer Service
The day before we were supposed to check-in, our property became unavailable. Our host made alternate arrangements which seamlessly provided us upgraded accommodations in a neighboring area for the exact same days and times. Everything went smoothly and the property was luxurious!

great place in not so nice neighborhood
it's my fault but i didn't pay attention to the pics. Its a trilevel and the gathering space in on the second level up very steep steps. Not enough linen esp blankets and only towels. if no washcloths are provided it should be emphasized. the master is on the third level up very steep steps. not suitable for anyone with health issues. parking is dreadful. the space provide will only accomodate a sedan at best. you won't be able to park in space and open the door on both side. inside a concrete box! very disappointing.

Love The Home!
First of All, I want to Say Thank You very Much to Host Daniel for Responding to Me very Quick. My Family and I Love The House very Much. It was Convenient to All The Places We wanted to Go. Love The Rooms & The Kitchen. Laundry Room was Good, but just a little concerned that the dryer didn't dry the clothes really well so we had to hang our clothes outside in the balcony to dry so maybe just need a little maintenence on it. Other then that, My Kids Love The whole house. We would definitely stay here again in the Future. 😉👍

Neighborhood crowded, but house was amazing
Four girlfriends from around the US stayed together for a conference and we had a lovely long weekend here! I was skeptical when I saw the neighborhood but felt very safe once inside and had zero issues. So kind that our host left such a nice treat in the kitchen for us - truly you can’t go wrong with chocolate! Plenty of space; everything worked except the coffeemaker. Would highly recommend.

Felt like a scam
We booked this property specifically to be in a certain area around family, but the day we were supposed to check in they contacted us to tell us that unit wasn’t available and they had another unit a mile north available for us. While I appreciate not being without a place for the weekend, this new place was not in an easy to access neighborhood. There were no coffee shops or restaurants nearby. It was right next to the interstate and not a friendly area for kids. It also was done outside the app via text. The apartment they put us in was clean. Check in and check out was fine. Just overall felt like a bait and switch as I can’t imagine people would book this location at this cost.

Great vacation home!
We really enjoyed this vacation home. The property is conveniently located and within walking distance to coffee, food and a convenience store. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The house is clean and just as described with large rooms, nice decor and a great layout for large groups. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the host was very thoughtful and communicative during our stay. Highly recommend.

Condo smelled like pot. New property but very weathered already.
Advertised more bathrooms than what was delivered. Property is picked for reasons advertised and people need to accurately describe the property. 4 1/2 bathrooms advertised is not the same as 3 1/2. Each bedroom and couple were expecting their own bathroom as advertised. Also parking is way too tight. This needs to be addressed as well. Dryer was not operational either.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy. The unit was modern with balconies for outdoor entertaining. The multiple en-suite bathrooms were a plus. The in unit washer and dryer came in handy. Although bath towel were provided, we could have used some some wash cloths. Overall stay was good in my first Vrbo.

A modern, clean and comfortable place!
We were very pleased with this place! We had 7 family members staying, and it was plenty comfortable for all of us. There were several eateries within east walking distance too. The rooms were clean and bright and modern. We would stay here again if we needed to stay in this same area of LA, for sure. The host was very responsive to communications too.
