The staff was NOT friendly. It was impossible to get waited on in the restaurant. $55 for parking. Seriously... I'm glad that we picked someplace else to park (for $13) and we just needed a place to sleep before our early flight.

Great proximity to LAX, but the building is a bit tired. Staff was excellent. Waited a long time for a bell cart, even though it didn’t seem busy at all. No major complaints, and the price was very reasonable. Would stay again for an early flight out.

Expensive parking, additional council tax. Room is not great a bit old and the water pressure is low. Our room phone is not working have to call a service desk to get someone to fix it. Our room key (2x) is not consistently working and have to go down and to the front desk which is super annoying. I will never recommend the hotel, too pricey but poor quality

I’ve stayed at your property in the past and have had the same issue. I ate in the bar both times but I wish I had taken “to go” Reason is it was freezing. I thought it was an isolated incident the first time, and when I returned it would be different. I was miserable . Like I mentioned, this exact experience happened and I was told it was because of the breezeway between the entry doors. All I can say is please please address this problem. I mentioned to others and they gave me a thumbs down about your hotel. I’d rather think you can improve the situation. I hate to think I need to wear a winter coat in California.

I arrived at the property after an 8 hour drive with my 3 children all under 7 years old just to find out they had cancelled my reservation with out my authorization. After waiting an hour to finally get checked in I shower my 2 year old just to find out the tub was clogged, the engineer shows up and says there is a double clog and they need to switch me rooms. They move me right next door, by this time it is already 1 am and I am extremely tired and so I waited to shower in the AM just to find that bathtub clogged again. Again, I was switched rooms quickly as I had a meeting that I was now late for because I went to sleep so late and the inconvenience of packing for the 2nd time and switching rooms. I get back to my room at 10 pm to find the beds with no blankets or sheets I call right away and say they would be brought up immediately. 30 minutes passed and nothing, called again and they said they only had 1 housekeeper and they would eventually get to me! An hour later and they finally brought that up to me! I had to make my own bed with a really old cover that looked burned and got to bed at 2 am. Also , I find that having to pay $55 per night for parking is crazy!
