Amazing one bedroom freestanding house with top of the line appliances, including an outside dining / bbq area to come and relax after a long day out. It has central ac/heat and even an electric charger in case you have an electric vehicle. This is a back house so once you drive up you will find your own hidden retreat in the middle of the city or walk to the multiple restaurants and cafes in the area, even go a couple of walks to the fabulous hiking trails.

Good stay
We really liked the convenience of the location and attractiveness of the property. It was clear that care had been taken to keep it updated and to consider guests’ needs. There is a nice patio/outdoor space and a comfortable bed.

We Loved this place!
The space was super cute! Great outdoor space too. Just perfect for what we needed! Great location with easy walks to coffee shops, grocery, and fun shops. The host was super responsive. We travel to this area often and will definitely stay here again.

Long weekend in LA!
Safe area, easy connections to the sights. The property was clean comfortable and amazing private outdoor space and private off street parking. Hosts communications were excellent. Really glad we stayed here :-)

Comfy and quiet retreat in the heart of Glendale
Loved this property! I needed a place to stay while visiting my brother who lives nearby. Cozy bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. Huge closet and hotel quality bathroom. While I didn’t need to use the kitchen much, the hostess provided a good amount of amenities. Excellent communication with the hostess too. Would come back here and stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very clean upon our arrival and the host was very accommodating. An added bonus was the wonderful pastry shop and kabob restaurant just down the block. Would love to stay again.

Unbelievably clean, comfortable, everything you could want. The host has thought of everything. The area is quiet and convenient, and the host exceptionally clear and welcoming in communication. Will absolutely book this property again! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The property is lovely: trees, patio, off-street parking. The inside has a high end kitchen, great bathroom, huge closet, comfy sofa. And the neighborhood is a hidden gem. Put on your walking shoes and walk towards downtown Burbank: bakeries, small ethnic food stores, iconic buildings. This place is a plethora of charm.

Enjoyable Stay
Property was as described and viewed. Interior was spacious and very accommodating and great for a couples weekend or longer stay. Parking was narrow, but not a major issue for smaller rental vehicles. Overall a very nice space and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Great gem in the middle of a city
The owner obviously cares about this property. It was very well cared for. A few minor repair issues were noted and the owner seemed receptive to hearing them. Loved the off street parking.

Great little space
We had a nice stay, the house was well set up, appreciated being able to park in front, but its tight, so wouldnt fit a larger vehicle easily. Having access to laundry was greatly appreciated. Only issue was the tidiness, we had to clean the floors ourselves when we arrived and there were dust bunnies in most corners.

Great place close to Universal
This is a very cute cottage in a nice neighborhood. There were lots of restaurants down the street, but it was still quiet. The cottage was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. The closet was huge and it was great to store our luggage and hang up clothes. The driveway is quite narrow but we had a mid-sized SUV and were ok. We were visiting Universal Studios and the Magic Castle and it was close to both. We would stay here again if we’re in the area. Thanks to the owner.

Fabulous Home and Outside Area
Perfect home, outstanding outside area. Love the parking spot in front of the front door, glad I have a small to medium size car, smaller driveway. I have a Range Rover Evoque and it fit. Great pastry shop and coffee shop at the end of the road. Perfect location, it is technically Glendale but just over the line of Burbank. Would stay here again and again!

Glendale Hideaway
Nice quiet place in a pleasant neighborhood. Lots of bakeries and a few restaurants within walkimg distance. Having the EV charger was a big plus for us. Be aware that the driveway back to the unit is long and narrow. I wouldn't recommend anything larger than a mid-size SUV as you will need to back either in or out. Thank goodness for backup cameras!
