We LOVED this home!! It felt so quaint. The rooms were so cute, and the beds were very comfortable!! Kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities too as we did some light cooking for breakfast. Location was central to a lot, and a short walk away from Whole Foods for groceries!! Anywhere we needed to go was a short drive away too so that was a plus. Host was super sweet, and ensured our stay was comfortable. 10/10 recommend and will book this place again if I return to Santa Monica! Fit my family of 4 perfectly.

Santa Monica Condo in quiet area

All the comforts of home at an affordable price!
The home is spacious and comfortable. Parking is convenient. The house manage Mia was easy to contact and accessible. A great location with many walking options for food, drink & entertainment. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

A beautiful place just like its description!
Very clean and the host is very detailed oriented. Decor is beautiful and furniture is of top quality! The bed in the master bedroom is soooo comfortable! The location is convenient to all the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A perfect home
This wonderful home was perfect for us . Access to groceries and restaurants was ideal. We are walkers and we we could walk to the beach , and we enjoyed the local park for a playground and a duck pond . The neighbourhood was beautiful to walk everyday, and we felt comfortable and safe . I would recommend this comfortable, pristine home for any stay in LA.

Fun with family
The house is exactly as described and perfect living space for the six of us who stayed there. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all of my questions right away. We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Spring visit
We had a great visit and this place was perfect for our family of four (2 middle school aged kids). It is centrally located for visiting all of LA while being just outside the busy tourist areas near the pier. Our host was very helpful upon check-in and the place was just as described.

Beautiful home and wonderful stay
We walked in the door and both said “wow”! The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. TV’s in all bedrooms, living room and family room. Adequate paper products and towels, comfy bed, great showers, and a very large space overall. The little outside garden is very nice but it was too chilly to sit out and enjoy it. The neighborhood felt very safe, and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Walgreens and several restaurants a block away. Ample parking on the street as well. Host was great! Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, great location
Visited for a wedding with family members ages 24 to 91. The house was perfect for our stay and even grandma loved it. Walkable to coffee shops, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and more. Mia was super responsive to any questions and is an excellent host.

Santa Monica Weekend
The property was very clean and accommodated five very comfortably. Location was very convenient to LA, the beach and the mountains and there are a number of decent restaurants withing walking distance as well as a Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Communication with the PM was seamless.

For our family of 5, Mia’s place worked out perfectly. It is close to the beaches (SM & Palisades) and convenient for access to the city & shopping. The house is clean & the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable furniture & beds …. Mia was very responsive & helpful for whatever we needed. We had a great stay.
