Guest access:

Guests enter the property from their private automated gate to self-check-in. There is one parking space directly in front of the unit, and there’s ample street parking on the main road with no restrictions.

Other things to note:

You have your own thermostat (heat/air conditioning unit). You control the temperature in your space. We ask that you please close the windows and doors when the unit is operating. Please leave the thermostat at 74 for cool and 68 for heat. If you prefer the fresh air, please turn the thermostat/air off.
