A nice lobby and common area but otherwise disappointing — I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is grim and the adjacent parking garage is arguably unsafe (having had an encounter with a few homeless men there at 5:15 am). On top of that was a grim room that looked out on an alley. I generally like Courtyard hotels but this one is a miss.

Didnt like that i was put on the 6th floor and the door to the 6th floor didn’t work, had to enter on the 5th and go up 1 floor with luggage, other than that everything was fine, front desk was great

Housekeeping was available only after 3 days. I stayed 7 nights and a housekeeper came only once. My room was much less pleasant as a result. Because of this, I rated "Cleanliness" 3 stars. The public rooms are clean and tidy. Why, oh why, are there no drawers or shelves in the bedroom and bathroom? There's a closet with hangers, but otherwise no way to unpack.

Our room was unfortunately not at all clean when we went in, there were clumps of hair all around the floors of the bathroom and in between the bed sheets. Felt gross and unsanitary. The staff were lovely and gracious towards us, but the room itself was not.
