Great beach access and walking along “The Strand” to downtown shopping and restaurants. Small shared courtyard with the upstairs (full-time) tenants. Sorry, street parking only. Since we are very close to the beach, in typical beach-town fashion, parking *can* be challenging. Please note that parking is not always available adjacent to the property. But this location will not disappoint being so close to the beach and only 4 properties away from the sand.
This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. Mandatory TOT ("Transient Occupancy Tax") taxes of 14% apply and will be reflected in guest charges.
Absolutely no parties — we do not want to lose our rental privileges, and we wish to be respectful to the neighbors in our wonderful neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
