Welcome to "The Neutral Zone," a cozy, newly remodeled townhome located in Hollywood, just a short drive from Universal Studios and other popular attractions. Rent this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with sleeping space for 4-5 people. Including a washer/dryer, parking garage (1 small car), and gated unit for added security.

The Space:
Pull the back the curtains after a restful night’s sleep and let light flood into this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. This central apartment makes excellent use of the space with a calming neutral palette and sleek finished floors alongside thoughtful details. Each bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bathroom and a cute balcony to enjoy a beautiful view of LA. We provide an air mattress and a sectional couch as well for extra sleeping arrangements if needed. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee with our fully stocked sugar and creamer station. Must climb stairs.

This was a beautiful duplex property in east Hollywood. There was not a lot of noise around, and the home itself was exactly as the pictures show. When a concern did come up, the owner quickly responded and fixed it right away. The only thing to think about is the bad parking in the area, other than that everything was great!

We would highly recommend this property. Very clean, safe, beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed and we were close to all the sights. Only recommendation for future guests is to be aware of what size car you bring. We rented a Ford Explorer and it was pretty tight in the garage. It was a phenomenal stay- would definitely stay here again!

Town home on 3 floors. Well-appointed, comfortable; queen beds that are comfortable; full kitchen. Off street parking in single garage that was fine for us but would be very tight for large vehicle. Quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to some local neighborhood shops. Loved this place overall, would rent again.

Property was nice and well kept. Communication was great and checkin process. Parking is ok but if you have 2 vehicles it may be challenging as streetside parking is very limited. Overall nice place and centrally located to many attractions.

We came from San Diego for 5K in Chinatown to honor my sons memory. The photos don’t really do it justice, once inside it was better than expected! Everything very modern, roomy and private. Loved that each room had its own bathroom along with another on the main floor. Location was easily accessible to freeways and there are so many shops in neighboorhood, plus street vendors. Host was easy to contact thru whole process and would definitely stay again! Check it out you will be pleasantly surprised 😇

This property is clean, modern, and organized. There are plenty of fluffy white towels. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning cools the house quickly. The wifi was fast. The kitchen had everything we needed. Management responded to questions rapidly. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. The decor is very nice, and the house is very well-kept. I strongly recommend this property and this management.

Our stay was good. It was a nice and very easy check in. Location was good and conveniently close to places we wanted to visit. House was very clean but the plug-in aromas were very strong and gave me a headache. Bedroom TVs sadly did not work either. One remote was missing batteries and the other just didn’t work. But the downstairs television did work. I was also very thankful for the washer and dryer. My family was comfortable and slept great and that’s what matters most. Thank you.

Great location!
This is a super cute and clean property that is just minutes away from the Hollywood Bowl. It was a perfect location to see a show there and then come back to this place. It felt very comfortable and secure. There is even a street taco guy one block away if you get late night hunger cravings. We had his carne and chorizo tacos which were delicious! Good communication with owner and easy check-in instructions. Stay here!
