I requested a room above the first floor and was well accommodated. Staff are polite and friendly. The area is full of shopping and dining options. Walkable.

They were closed due to power outage from the fires. I was displaced due to evacuations for the fires and paid in full for 2 nights. I had to scramble to find other means of shelter and they never contacted me or refunded my money. This is horrible for a business and they should have had staffing available to take customers information regarding reservations not being fulfilled The parking lot was full of people waiting and trying to figure out what to do with zero information from the property

The staff at the hotel were friendly. The room was clean. The free breakfast was nice. The parking isn't free, and the parking spaces are quite small. I would stay here again.

To our surprise there was a $12 per night parking fee, which was not mentioned when we made a reservation. Also, the sink in our bathroom was not draining properly (Room 101). We told the front desk and they promised to fix it, which can be readily done. However, the drain never worked properly. I suspect this is a common problem in this motel, and they sure don't know how to fix the problem.

It was a great experience . The staff was nice ! Just that the parking spots are a little small . But you will find parking. The cleaning lady’s cleaned the room everyday we were there and super helpful with getting any towels or new sheets. Overall great experience.

There was nothing unique about this Best Western Plus, no gym. And the parking fee scam when we checked in. We found a roach in our wall and the television/cable was not working and the refrigerator was not cold enough to cool our liquids or the freezer ice packs.

Im not impressed with the room at ckeck in i couldn't understand the worker. Was informed i will have to pay for parking even know the website says free parking. The food was not that great 3 out of 10. Room was small and smelled strange thank goodness i had body spray to help that out. They skiped cleaning on day 2 and gave us no new towles cleaning lady was nice and night staff seemed nice when we went in to get hot water they helped us. I would not stay here again over priced oh and never had hot water for the showers so we had to take cold showers not fun

Disappointed to arrive after a long drive to be told they only have one bed in the room for three adults. My confirmation showed two queen beds. We were advised that they had no rooms left and Expedia had double booked rooms. They offered us to stay at another one of their hotels but then starting speaking in another language to then say they had a room we could stay in and that it had ocean views and they would not charge us for the upgrade. We agreed to stay as we were all tired and it was the last night before flying home . The room overlooked the freeway, the bathroom floor moved as you walked on it and the bed sheets were not clean and we felt bugs climbing on our bodies throughout the night. I think they must of thought we were stupid to believe a room in LA would have ocean views! I should of known when they originally said they had no rooms left to walk away and find something else.
