Relaxing. peaceful. privacy. pool. outdoor seating area. Spring water machine in kitchen to keep you hydrated, along with a Nespresso coffee maker to keep you energized. The Kitchen is comfortable. We're located in the heart of North Hollywood, within walking distance to the brand new NOHO shopping center. It's a great environment. five-Minutes' drive to Universal Studios and nine minutes to the Hollywood bowl. neighborhood is quiet and safe. the place is renovated. clean and organized. there is metal gate in front of the house for extra safety including ring cameras and fence all around providing privacy
