We are offering a highly upgraded Bottom floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Enjoy staying in with a gated front 6patio featuring a Gas BBQ and Table with chairs to enjoy your meals.

Amazing Stay
This house is a great location by the beach with plenty of attractions in the area. The location was great for our family vacation with plenty of activities close by for our toddler. Steve was very communicative the entire trip and we would happily stay here again next time we come to Long Beach!

This property was perfect for our family! It was clean and exactly as described. The location was great- steps away from the open ocean as well as a calm inlet for the kiddos to play. The hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. This was an awesome place to stay!!

We spent a week at this property and loved every minute. Beach was across the street and the location was very convenient for us. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Would love to stay again when we are back in the area.

Loved loved loved this stay. My 87 year old mother and five of her kids went to Long Beach for a family wedding. We had a lot of places to choose from and we were all very happy with this rental. The layout of the house was awesome for our Mom. Steve was there to answer any questions. Over all I do believe this was an awesome stay.

Wonderful place and location!
This was a beautiful property that was well-maintained, we very much enjoyed having such easy access to the beach. There were beach chairs and towels supplied, and the host was thoughtful enough to include some bottled drinking water in the fridge for us and coffee pods upon our arrival. Communication with the host was seamless, and he addressed any concerns that are Rose during our stay very promptly. I would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to as well again in the future!

Awesome Beach House
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Everything was as expected or better. The instructions for an easy check in were very easy. All of the space was clean and comfortable. I have never stayed at a rented home with more comfortable beds. We slept like a rock. The neighborhood is close to everything by foot but was so quiet. We would love to stay at Steve's property again someday.

Perfect Place for Music Festival!
This spot is exactly as described in the listing. Communication was consistent and easy from the booking to checking-in to asking questions while there to checking out. Steve is very responsive. The place is beautiful and the perfect location. We brought our electric bikes and were able to bike on the strand in the mornings. We will definitely look to book for next year!

Family Gathering for Gramma’s centennial
This property was perfect for the gathering of multiple family members for the the celebration of my mom’s 100th birthday. It was the perfect location for a welcome meal and everyone appreciated the ocean view. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all nicely outfitted and the host is readily available for questions and support.
