Too Cold for Comfort
We thought there’d be heat in the room, as there were 1-2 vents, but almost NO heat came from the vent(s) while we’re there. I complained (via Vrbo message) that it was very cold in our place on about the 2nd day, but didn’t hear back from him until the day before our departure (we stayed 6 nights). He left a space heater in the foyer for our last night, which we should’ve had from the beginning.

We were visiting our daughter and her family, who live nearby. This was the type of place we needed to relax at the end of the day!

Normandy Estates review
Location is quiet & convenient to Hwy 280. We quickly found out that everything had to be plugged in, even the lamps. The TV turned on, but had no cable or satellite, so it was useless. There were a variety of small appliances, but barely any glassware or silverware. The photos were a bit misleading concerning the deck area. The room was clean, but needed new paint. There was a fan to cool the room. The towels were thin & small, similar to those found in Motel 6. Overall, it was ok, but a bit underwhelming for the price.
