"No se la recomiendo a nadie, pagué cinco habitaciones por el mismo precio y nos dieron tres muy pequeñas con el lavabo casi encima de la cama, no teníamos colchón en las camas , era una colchoneta muy fina encima de una base. El trato horrible, en la recepción y en el Spa, en vez de relajarnos parecía que ibamos a entrar a un aeropuerto por TSA, unas medidas exageradas para entrar a un Spa, una locura."

"Lovely staff very friendly just a shame announcements were all in Spanish so we had no idea what was going on where! Very clean, very comfortable. Rooms are lovely. We faced a car park which was a shame but we did have a balcony. Not all inclusive, so choices of meals very limited. Unfortunately as we didn’t understand what was happening my daughter did not get chance to join in the kids clubs or me in the adult activities! Loved the pool, jacuzzi and fountains. Would return. "Our stay was the third this year at an Ohtels hotel , it was overall a very enjoyable stay, the room was very spacious and the view was 1st class, my only criticism being the pool area not opening until 11am, also the dining room not opening until 8pm, other than that couldn't fault it, "

"Love this hotel, have stayed there many times over the years. It's clean, comfortable and rooms are well equipped. It offers excellent value for money. Our only criticisms are the very loud dining hall. You could almost do with ear plugs when its' full with everyone shouting. And a warning to those parking their cars there - the outside parking is quite limited, with cars squeezing in where are no spaces. Unfortunately our car was damaged in the car park, however we didn't notice until we'd...

"We did only stay the 1 x night as we were en-route from Alicante Airport to Fuengirola. We didn’t arrive until 18:45 but had received, by WhatsApp, clear and precise instructions on how to gain access to our room. The room was comfortable with a very nice sea view terrace. The shower was hot with a steady flow of water. Overall the room was great and the staff, that we met, were very friendly. We will certainly stay here again"
