"Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be."

"The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"Stayed over following an event based at the hotel. Lovely friendly hotel, amazing food served buffet style for the evening event. Our stay was marred by the extremely bad mannered bar man we've ever come across. What kind of enjoyment he receives from making a clearly disabled man wait to be served, while he serves others just walking up to the bar, is hard to figure out. This was ob several occasions and he should be thoroughly ashamed of himself. Otherwise a great event in a dated but...
