3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor garden apartment with TV & free WIFI

3 bedroom apartment complete with free WIFI, satellite TV, hot and cold air conditioning throughout the apartment (metered). This ground floor apartment comes with a private terrace and fullly tiled garden, with access to the 3 swimming pools, which have separate pools for small children. The master bedroom has a en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms are both twins. All bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. Kitchen comes complete with an oven/hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats six people. In the living area, there is an L-shaped couch. There is a satellite T.V. and DVD player, with patio doors leading from the living area onto the terrace and garden where there is a patio table and chairs for dining outside.

The Puerto Marina development is situated at the top of the developed pedestrianised plaza, where you will discover local café-bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Generally, the minimum stay is one week, short breaks / long weekends are available on request. The price you are quoted includes laundry and cleaning fees.

Lovely apartment on a great complex
Just back from a great stay in this apartment which was clean and very spacious. Check in instructions were sent in advance which were easy to follow. Excellent communication from both owner/property manager. Ideal location on the complex due to ground floor location and proximity to the pools. Short flat 5-10 minute walk to all the local restaurants and 4 supermarkets all very close by so very conveniently located for all amenities. Only slight negative was the centrally controlled air conditioning system which meant whole apartment had to be on when some rooms did not require it. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

One of the best
Stayed in this property before but difficult to get it booked if you’re not quick. Great ground floor location and about 20mtrs from your gate to the best pool of 3 on the complex. First time I have travelled in May but the weather was fantastic and this apartment allows you sun all day with a shaded patio if required. I have been coming here for around 20 years when they built the first phase and this complex and this is one of the best apartments available.

A lovely spacious apartment in an ideal location
A lovely apartment. Easily fit the 5 of us in. It had everything we could have needed. The complex is a favourite of ours as this as our 5th visit. It’s a quiet relaxed complex and it’s gated so only key holders can get in. The area is ideal as it’s just 2 streets away from the strip of restaurants, pubs and shops. And it’s just another few minutes more walk from there to the beach. Lovely for families or couples.

A little disappointed
This property was perfect in location for our needs and lay out perfect. All the indoor and outdoor facillities were excellent. Unfortunately the property was let down with a few issues the en suite bathroom was very tiered the toilet was not fixed to the wall so banged everytime we used it which wasnt much as the flush was broken. The shower was very small and very worn you couldnt turn round in it. We also had an isssue with the electric constantly tripping out which is also an issue when there is no fire alarm in the room. Although the price refelected conditions we feel we couldnt book this property again.

A spacious ground floor apartment with garden.
This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment as we liked it so much the first time. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining room. It has a sheltered terrace area and a garden with sun beds to use. The pool can be seen from the garden which is communal but the complex is gated so only residents and guests with a gate key can get in. It’s a quiet complex, everyone seems to be respectful of each other from what we have experienced. The person in charge of the property whilst we stayed there was easy to get hold of and happy to help i.e. when you want the air conditioning topping up. There was a shopping trolley there to use and the supermarket (several actually) was just around the corner, a few minutes walk. The Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are is also a few minutes walk away too and there are plenty of cuisines to choose from. It’s our 5th stay at this complex so a firm favourite.

Fab Family Holiday in a little Oasis
What a wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable and home from home, sun on the garden all day and shade on the patio when needed. Three big bedrooms all complete with large sliding wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, well kitted kitchen complete with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven plus air conditioning that was a god send during the night. The apartment is cool normally so you don't need a lot of air conditioning. Nearby there are 3 supermarkets as well as tons of bars and restaurants, bus and taxi services. Beach is a 10 min walk, locals are friendly and pools on complex are clean and well looked after. We have stopped in Los Alcazares before as we have family who have an apartment here but we would definitely stop again, we have had a superb holiday and had a few good afternoons in the garden with Mr Estrella and Miss Sangria till early evening - thank you we would whole heartedly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Magnifica estancia
Hemos pasado 8 noches en este apartamento y todo ha sido perfecto. Esta muy bien acondicionado,las camas son muy cómodas y la atención por parte de Fabiola ha sido excelente. El complejo está cerrado y dispone de 3 magníficas piscinas. Esta en una muy buena zona para poder ir caminando en 5 minutos a la zona de restaurantes y bares.

Bonjour tout c est très bien passé, la localisation de l appartement par rapport à la piscine, aucun bruit, à côté de tout ( a pied tout va très vite ) les 2 petites choses qui nous on ennuyées sont le manque de poêle pour faire à manger et le système de climatisation qui est rechargeable il faut compter 7 euros la nuit pour une température mis à 22 degrés et de plus il ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres. C est en plus et non préciser dans le descriptif. Sinon les propriétaires sont réactifs aux messages et là personnes sur place est elle aussi très bien

The apartment was lovely, pool area amazing, close to the shops, restaurants and beach. Only downside was as a young family we did a lot of eating in and there wasn’t a lot of larger cooking pots and oven dishes. Otherwise it was a lovely holiday.

Lovely family holiday
We had a wonderful family holiday in this apartment, the kitchen was well equipped, the living room is comfortable and the bathrooms+bedrooms are all brilliant sizes. Only downsides were that we all found the mattresses uncomfortable, my husband took to the sofa in the end and the air conditioning unit trips the electric if anything else is on simultaneously which is fine if you're going to bed but annoying if you're watching TV in the evening. The complex is beautiful, the pools are fab and the security guards are often seen which make you feel very safe. It's great that there are plenty of sunbeds for use and the patio is a good size. We really think you have the best plot. We arrived late as we were late getting the hire car and then the postcode sent us to the middle of nowhere (follow the street address not the postcode, this happened to another couple we met there), my data roaming wasn't working and I was struggling to get hold of the key holder who had left by the time we got there as we were about an hour late but eventually I got hold of her and she came back to let us in at 10:30pm! Lidl and Consum are a couple of minutes walk away and the main square is only a minute farther. We drove to the beach as we often had lots to carry and you never have to pay for parking. It was great being on the ground floor as the kids could just pop back in to use the bathroom and get an ice-cream etc without us having to lock up to go to the pool so it really is perfect for families.

DISTANCIA DE LA PLAYA
La verdad que coge un poquito lejos de la playa hay como unos 15 minutos andando. Por lo demás súper contentas bien atendidas, al apartamento no le falta detalle, recinto tranquilo para descansar y disfrutar del precioso y bonito clima de Murcia. Repetire solo hay que venir con la ropa lo demás esta aquí hasta el último detalle. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Relaxing holiday
We are returning guests to Stuart and Catherine’s apartment so we are already fans The location is great as the apartment is very close to the pool but remains shaded during the day which is ideal as my husband likes some shade whilst I love the sun all I need to do is put my sunbed slightly down from the apartment and we have the perfect arrangement. We booked again for next heat before leaving so that says it all.
