"We really enjoyed this cottage. It was exactly as listed. So cozy and felt like home. Our host was lively and we loved the town. We enjoyed several meals at Giltrap Pub. Mattresses are still the kind with springs which was not a great fit for our backs but the rooms and duvet covers were just great!! Nice shower and bathroom. Overall, I’d recommend this cottage to all. We were able to make several day trips East and South. Great location if your renting a car. Thanks a million."

"Our Coolderry Lodge stay was wonderful. Wonderful. Centrally located, it's an easy jump to any number of places of interest in the country. Colette, our terrific host, provided warm hospitality, ideas of places to visit and excellent homemade sugar cookies. The farm dogs made sure we were extra welcome. It's hard to overstate the charm and the beauty and quiet of the location."

"The cottage was very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The location was central to all the places we visited. We enjoyed our daily drives through the countryside and having a relaxing place to stay when we returned each evening. On our final day, we enjoyed touring the local area and found that there was plenty to do in or near Mountshannon. It was nice taking a break from driving. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early...

"James was the consummate host. While the unit could be called country cottage simple, the welcome was all one might expect in the form of warm Irish hospitality. Situated on the outskirts of Mountshannon, you do need transport, but with car in hand you will be able to visit the highlights of the region. just bare in mind local 'R' roads can be narrow with high hedges, and meeting commercial traffic might test your nerves. However, think cautiously, drive slowly and all will be well. The nearby...
