"Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings, dass es nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer gab. In den zwei Einzelzimmern (Kinderzimmern) gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur und locker 30 Grad Raumtemperatur dazu geführt hat, dass wir eine Matratze auf den Boden des Hauptschlafzimmers gelegt und so genächtigt haben - anders war es unzumutbar. Leider gibt es auch nur 1 Fliegengitter vor der Balkontür in der Küche, was...

"Casa Capella is such a beautifully thought out, well looked after property that we had a great week here. It looks just like it does in the photos. It’s comfortable and well equipped which meant with a most generous welcome hamper including cheese, butter, eggs, prosciutto, milk, bread, home made jam, lots of wine. In fact everything we needed to set us up for the week when we arrived. We enjoyed swimming in the 15m pool and then just looking at the view across open countryside to the hills....

"Leider waren große Teile des Geschirrs nicht sauber und auch der Boden war fleckig, nicht sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe an der Autobahn. Der Strand ist lediglich mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügte nicht - wie angegeben - über eine Mikrowelle / oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht über 30 Grad gewaschen und die bei den Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren die Federn deutlich zu spüren. "The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....

Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."
