Beautiful place in a quiet hillside location overlooking some great Tuscany countryside.
We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires. The pool is at the bottom looking over the hills, lovely. The BBQ oven outside is spectacular! A huge build BBQ oven which we cooked on every evening. Tasted great! All the wood required is there for you so you needn't worry about coal, just build a big wood fired grill and that's it! There is a small local shop around 10min walk which sells basics, bread, cold cuts, a few beers, ice cream etc with the large Coop Supermarket being a 15-20 drive down the hill into the town. Everything there is reasonable in price and has all you need. Small little nearby town of Loro Ciuffenna is simply stunning. Perfect to spend half a day walking around, exploring the history of this little place with nice restaurants in the evening. Sienna is only an hour away as is Florence however, having been to Florence on a few occasions we went to Sienna this time. It blew us away, even more so than Florence. A must visit! I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for all types of holiday, relaxing as a couple, family fun, a group of friends. It is for all ages and all tastes. Thank you Azzurra for such a lovely holiday!

Traumhafter Urlaub in den Toskanischen Bergen
Die Unterkunft war ein absoluter Traum für uns. Diese liegt sehr abgeschieden auf 700m Höhe. Dort hat man absolute Ruhe und einen herrlichen Ausblick in die toskanischen Berge. Die Unterkunft ist ein altes Rustiko welches sehr urig und gemütlich eingerichtet war. Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum, welcher sehr groß und einen privat Pool besitzt, wo man einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Vor Ort ist es noch schöner als es die Bilder im inserat zeigen und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf immer über Whats App erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würde diese wieder bei einem Urlaub in der Toskana buchen. Vielen Dank an Claudia und Azurra :-)

Steinhaus mit riesigem Garten
Das Steinhaus im toskanischen Stil ist von außen sehr schön. Innen ist es etwas klein, aber das Ambiente stimmt. In der Küche war es leider nicht sauber (Kühlschrank klebrig, 2 Pommes im Backofen, Besteck und Gläser teilweise noch mit Essensresten). Der Garten ist der Wahnsinn: riesengroß mit vielen Bäumen und Früchten. Auch blühte einiges. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Die schöne Außenbeleuchtung ist einfach wunderbar. Kleine Anmerkung: die Auflagen an den Pool- Liegen müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, was prima war, vor allem, wenn man mit dem Hund unterwegs ist. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir uns an Claudia wenden. Sie hat immer schnell geholfen und hatte gute Tipps. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Ruhige Tage in der Natur
Wir hatten 3 wundervolle, ruhige Wochen in diesem kleinen, aber feinen Haus. Das Anwesen liegt in ca 750 m über Loro ciufenna, fußläufig sind zwei kleine Ansiedlungen zu erreichen, in Chiassaia gibt es einen kleinen Dorfbäcker, wo man typisch italienische Waren fürs Frühstück kaufen kann. Ansonsten ist ein Auto unerlässlich. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr herzliche Person, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und sich auch ungehend um alle Anliegen kümmert. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, Pool,Terrasse und Garten laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Das gesamte Geländeist umzäunt und damit auch für kleinere Hunde ideal. Der Grill am Nebengebäude ist überdacht und kann so auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter genutzt werden. . Ein Traum für Menschen, die absolute Ruhe suchen und kein Problem damit haben, nachts anstatt Partylärm, die Geräusche der Natur zu genießen.

A little piece of heaven on earth
The dogs and us had an amazing stay in this wonderful little cottage. The place is fenced in so no escaping for our doggos which led to an even more relaxed holiday than expected. Thank you dear Azurra!!! :-)

So beautiful and relaxing
The small house and beautiful garden in the tuscan woods and hills was perfect for our stay. It was quiet and very relaxing. The tall trees on the property were a big plus, too. And the pool was a great way to refresh ourselves. We will come again!

2 Wochen im Paradies
Wer sich Erholung wünscht ist hier genau richtig. Man hat wirklich Ruhe und die Natur für sich. Dabei sind im nahen Loro Ciuffenna genug gute Restaurants. Das Haus und der Garten sind noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Unser Hund konnte sich auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück frei bewegen und wir haben die meiste Zeit am oder im Pool verbracht. Im Haus findet sich alles was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Azzurra die Vermieterin hat wirklich an alles gedacht, und es mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wir haben die 2 Wochen nichts vermisst. Auch die Grillecke und der Pavillon mit Outdoorbett sind sehr schön und wurden von uns oft genutzt. Ein weiteres Highlight war der vorhandene Whirlpool. Wer würde sich nicht gerne vom warmen Wasser besprudeln lassen und dabei die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Azzurra für die tolle Zeit hier bedanken. Azzurra selbst ist dann auch der größte Pluspunkt. Wird sind noch nirgendwo herzlicher empfangen worden. Wir fühlten uns bei Ihr und in ihrem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben. Sie ist jederzeit für die Mieter erreichbar. Egal ob es um Restaurantempfehlungen oder ähnliches geht, und das ohne irgendwie aufdringlich zu sein. Einfach nur herzlich und lieb. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das alleinstehende Haus mit großem Garten, verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Pool und Whirlpool, dazu einem tollen Blick und viel Ruhe, hat uns sehr gefallen. Azzurra, die Vermieterin, ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhe und Erholung pur
Wir hatten leider nur für eine Woche gebucht..... Für Urlauber die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen optimal. Die Vermieterin Azzurra sehr freundlich und es spricht schon für sich das wir sie eigentlich nur für den Check in und Checkout kontaktieren mussten.Das Haus und die Außenanlage übertrafen unsere Erwartungen und die Lage ist wirklich das Highlight des Objekts. Für die Selbstversorgung ist alles vorhanden und die Ausstattung entspricht der Objektbeschreibung. Mit unserer Hündin war es auch problemlos da alles eingefriedet ist. Wer seine Priorität bei der Unterkunfstauswahl nicht auf W-LAN und Netzstärke setzt ist dort bestens aufgehoben aber selbst unser 14 jähriger Sohn hat den Urlaub überlebt😉. Für uns war es eine sehr schöne aber zu kurze Zeit in Azzurras Domizil!

Geweldige locatie!!
We hebben een superfijn verblijf gehad!! Het huis was erg sfeervol en de tuin was erg fijn vooral voor onze honden. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de veranda waar we elke dag lekker in de schaduw konden eten. De omgeving is erg mooi en vlakbij een dorpje waar we dagelijks een cappuccino gingen drinken. Helaas hadden we in en om het huis bijna geen internet.

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen inmitten der Natur verbracht. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses haben uns zu einem wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub verholfen. Das Grundstück bietet vielerlei Möglichkeiten der Entspannung, sei es im Garten, auf der Terrasse oder in dem kleinen Pool. Die Spaziergänge in die Umgebung, das kleine Dorf mit der Bäckerei oder die Wege die Berge hinauf waren für uns Oasen der Ruhe. Der Kontakt zu Azzurra und ihrem Bruder war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ottima struttura!!!! Consigliatissimo
Io, il mio compagno e il nostro cagnolino abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una decina di giorni nel mese di agosto. Azzurra, la padrona di casa ci è venuta a prendere poco dopo l'uscita dell'autostrada e ci ha accompagnato alla casa. Si è dimostrata molto accogliente, cordiale, facendoci sentire da subito come a casa. Ci ha suggerito paesini tipici e città da visitare, ristoranti e sagre dove gustare le prelibatezze tipiche del luogo,itinerari da seguire per le nostre passeggiate ed è sempre stata disponibile lungo tutto il soggiorno. La struttura e' a 800 metri di altezza e siamo stati veramente al fresco. È circondata da un giardino disposto su tre terrazze con vista meravigliosa completamente recintato, sicuro per il cagnolino che ha potuto correre e giocare spensierato !! La casa è un rustico arredato con cura e attenzione, abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per l'uso cucina. UN PICCOLO PARADISO lontano da stress e immersi nella natura!!! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza "speciale". Grazie Azzurra!! Consigliatissimo soggiornare in questa struttura .

Ein gemütliches Haus in toller Lage
Wir waren sehr überrascht wie schön, sauber und gemütlich das Haus ist. Auch der Garten ist toll! Insgesamt gibt es viele verschiedene schattige Plätze. Der Garten ist sehr groß und top gepflegt. Der Garten ist hundesicher eingezäunt, das war eine besondere Überraschung und hat es uns mit unserer Hündin sehr erleichtert. Durch die Höhenlage im Wald ist es immer angenehm kühl, was wir sehr genossen haben. Die Umgebung ist toll, es gibt viele nette kleine Restaurants und schöne Wanderwege. Ein riesiger Supermarkt ist 30 Minuten entfernt, alles ander 15. Ich finde die Fotos hier geben nicht wieder wie schön es wirklich ist. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Perfekt für beste Erholung
Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in den Bergen auf über 700m Höhe, was toll war bei den hohen Temperaturen im Tal. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten, von denen man einen schönen Blick auf benachbarte Berge und ins Tal hat. Es ist alles zu Kochen vorhanden, ein kleiner Pool, Liegewiese, Hängematte, Grill, Liegen usw. Klimaanlage war auch neu und perfekt. Alles war sauber und richtig gemütlich. Bis zum nächsten Ort sind es etwa 6 km, wo es Restaurants und paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab. Es ist echt empfehlenswert und unsere Vermieter, insbesondere Azzurra, waren sehr freundlich.
