Three bedrooms offer up room for seven guests. Choose the master bedroom and enjoy direct access to the scenic outdoor balcony as well as a plush queen bed and ocean views. PARKING in the driveway - 3 spaces
HEATING Wood for the fire is in the driveway. There are panels heaters too. Leave them where you find them next to the desk and near the front door. Please don't move them to other power points.
FOOD Help yourself to everything. We don't believe in food waste and leave non-perishable items left by guests, for other guests to use.
STOVE If the stove won't switch on it's likely the child lock is activated. Hold down the on button for several seconds to switch it on.
DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout.
SAFETY Do not allow children to climb on the railings or wires of the balcony under any circumstances.
LINEN The linen is supplied by a professional laundry service. Please do not, under ANY circumstances wash our sheets or towels.
SMOKING Outside only. Use ashtrays provided.
WASHING Use cold, short settings where possible.
WASTE Please take out rubbish. Recyclables only in yellow-lid bin, no soft plastic, glass in purple bin, general waste in smaller bin.
ISSUES Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them for two weeks. We thrive on feedback so please help us help keep this property in top condition. Please note rudeness of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.
