HEATING/COOLING Make sure all heating/cooling/lighting is switched off when you leave. The split systems on the wall are for both heating and cooling.
WASTE Please take out rubbish. Recyclables only in yellow-lid bin, no soft plastic, glass in purple bin, general waste in red bin. Bins at back of property.
ISSUES Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them for two weeks. We thrive on feedback so please help us help keep this property in top condition.
