"The General Manager had to fill-in as the bartender as our group converged on the Hotel Saturday night. She and her assistant could not have been more accommodating or more personable and professional. Her spirit was so joyful, and she made it an incredible time for all of us. She really went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. It is a beautiful old home with all the character that you would expect in Natchez. If you are looking for a new property with all the bells and whistles, keep looking. But if you are looking for charm and Southern hospitality, then this is it. "

"we felt very safe and the property was convenient to the activities. The property could use some maintenance: Foyer needs wallpaper fixed that is coming off wall, very musty smell in foyer, and light bulb need to be replaced. In the rooms the carpet needs to be cleaned. Breakfast was wonderful but needs to extend time from 9 to 10:00."
